Hello 5/6 Miscoe Art families and welcome back to school!
It looks like this will be our second week of bringing summer into the classroom with us…hot, hot, hot!
To welcome students last week I showed a Prezi presentation while a student took on the role of narrator. It is a fun presentation made up of various Mona Lisa parodies. Once at the site, click on the arrows at the bottom to go forward or backward: Oh Mona!
I am looking forward to meeting many of you at Open House tomorrow night (9/9) from 6:45 – 7:15 in my classroom #317. I’ll have a nine minute video playing and looping that shows you what you can expect your child to be talking about when he/she is telling you about art class. I will also have back-to-school letters for you and information about Art Club, which runs on Wednesdays from 2:45 – 3:45. I also offer a Clay class every Tuesday through the Enrichment program. Enrichment brochures should be out tomorrow. Please stop by and say “hi”!
